EXAM ke taiyaari kaise kre.

10th aur 12th ka exam aane wala hai.sab student padhayi pure jor shor se kar rahe hai.lekin iss waqt taiyari se jyda time manegment par focus karna hoga.taki exam me ache se perform kar sake.ye exam apke pure career ko aadhar pradaan karti hai.exam se pahle chand hafto me taiyaari kaisi ho.aaiye jante hai.

STUDENT BANAYE DAILY TIME TABLE:

Exam jab karib aa jaye to student week ko do slot ke rup me bante.apne liye weekly ke sath-sath ek daily time table banaye.isse revision aacha se ho payega.


  •  Pahle slot ko thoda bada rakhe.jaise 1st slot ko 4week rakhe.isme pure gehrayi se har subject ka revision kre.yaad rakhe ki aap eke din me do subject se jyda taiyaari nhi kar sakte hai.isliye ek din ke liye do subject ko hi isme shamil kare.ek subject ka pahle do hafto me pure concentrate se revision kare. 


  •  Dusre slot chota hoga.isme sabhi subject ka revision kare. 


  •  Iske baad daily planning kare.yaad rakhe ki isme 6-7 hour sone ka v time de. 




KIS WAQT KYA PADHE:


  •  Subha jaldi uthe.yaah time sabse acha hota hai.kyuki iss time watavarn shant hota hai.isme concentrate banana me help milti hai.aur jaldi yaad hota hai. 


  •  Subha ke waqt fundamental chijo ko padhe.gehrayi se chijo ko samjhe.is time aise topic ki theory aur concept ko revise kre. 


  •  Mid morning me question,problem.theorem ko solve kare. 


  •  Lunch ke baad ek hour aachi nind le. fir problem ko solve kare. 


  • Night ke khana ke baad kuch time analyse kre ki aapne aaj kya padha.kya chuta.iss time math khub revise kare. 


  •  Har do ghante ke session ke bich break jaruri hai. Agar koi question nhi solve ho raha hai to use chod de aur aadhe ghanta baad fir try kare.yadi fir v nhi ho raha hai to teacher yaa friend se help le. 


  •  Iss time me t.v,internet.phone.music etc na lagaye.isse focus kharab hota hai.aur fir focus me ane me let ho jata hai. 



KHUD ME DEVELOP KARE IN BATAO KO:

Student ke sabse pahli aur important baat ayah hai ki khud par bharosa rakhe aur taiyari ko strong banaye.


  •  Khud ko organise kare.iske liye all subject ka NCERT ki books,notes,pichle 5 year ke exam question paper,solved model test paper, apne pass hi rakhe.pichale question paper ko apne se solve karke dekhe. 


  •  Kbhi bhi apni taiyari akele me na kare.apne dost,family etc ki help jarur le.isse aapko aashani se sab confusion clear ho jayega. 


  •  Phone me lambi baate na kare.group study me baate jyda hoti hai aur padhi kam.isliye jayda g.d me na rakhe.isliye jb koi problem ho, tb aap kisi eke friend yaa teacher ki help le, 


  •  Teacher aur friend se connect rahe.aur samay samay par dekhte rahe ki aapse koi topic chot to nhi na raha hai. 


  •  Pure man se taiyari ko parwan chahdaye aur yaad rakhe-“jab dimagh kamjor hota hai,paristhiti samaysya ban jati hai.”jab dimagh shant hota hai to,paristhiti chunoti ban jati hai,”jab dimagh strong hota hai to paristhiti AWSAR ban jati hai 





EXAM KE TIME DEPRESSION SE KAISE BACHE:

  •  Student apne aap par pura visvash kare.aur exam ke parti positive rahe. 


  •  Parents bacho se jarurat se jayda umid na rakhe. 


  •  Dusre student se compare karne se bache. 


  •  Time-time par exam ke kisi bhi tarah ke depression se bachne ke liye model question paper ke dura khud ko check kare. 


  •  45 minute se jyda na padhe.thoda break le,mind 45 minute se jyda kuch bhi nhi rakhta. 


  •  Exercise kare,30 minute exercise aapke mind ko healthy rakhega. 


  •  6-8 hour pura aache se nind lena aapke pura din tarotaja rakhega. 


  •  Negativity se bachne ke liye hamesa parents,teacher,yaa senior se baat kare.aapni problem bataye aur help le.
