·      Sabse pahle pura laal tomato ko aache se dho le.yaad rahe tamatar हरा nhi hona chahiye.tamatar ko 4 tukudo me kat le.
·      Ab tamatar ko ई मे gas/chulha par chahda de.
·      Aur lagbhag 20 min tak usko उबाले aur haa usme pani ek jara bhi jane na de.jab tamatar pani chodne lage.aur use barbar छोलनी se chalate rahe.
·      Jab tamatar se pura pulp nikal jaye,to use utar de,
·      Fir jo tamatar ka pulp hoga use mixi me aachi tarah pise,taki sauce patla bne.
·      Jab sara tamatar ka pulp पीसा jaye to fir use gas/chulha par chahade de,
